Welcome to Finolyst Services India Pvt. Ltd. (“Finolyst”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website finolyst.com, services, platforms, and any associated content.

By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are
Finolyst is a registered company in India offering financial services including Virtual Accounting (bookkeeping, reconciliations, depreciation verification), Tax Filing & Advisory, Audit Support & Schedule Preparation, Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy, Business Setup & Registration, and Payroll Management & Compliance. We serve startups, SMEs, and growing enterprises.

2. Services and Scope of Work
Each service is subject to a separate service agreement and scope of work (SoW) that outlines deliverables, timelines, and fees. Our offerings include:

• Virtual Accounting, Reconciliations, Expense Verification, AR Management
• GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, Advisory on Tax Laws of India
• Compliance Assistance, Advisory on Regulatory Laws, Assistance in Appointment of Auditors
• Preparation of Periodic Budgets, MIS, Cost Analysis, PPE Accounting, Expense Schedules
• One Stop Solution for Incorporating, Structuring of Repatriation Models

Any work outside SoW will be charged separately.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
a) Provide accurate, complete and timely information, documents, and bank feeds.
b) Provide approvals for filings and authorize us as needed on government portals.
c) Cooperate during document collection and verification.
d) Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems.
e) Use services only for lawful and professional purposes.

Finolyst is not liable for delays, penalties, or outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or withheld information by client.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds
All fees will be mutually agreed via formal quotation/service proposal. 100% of engagements are under formal scope & quotation.

• Invoices payable within 7 days. Delayed payments may attract 1.5% monthly interest and pause in services.
• Taxes (GST @18%) extra as applicable.
• Refunds are not offered for services already rendered. For advance fees, refund on pro-rata basis after deducting work completed.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Any data shared—financial, personal, or proprietary—will be treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery. We implement industry-standard data security. Refer to Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on website—including logos, documents, reports, templates, tools, expense schedule formats, MIS formats—remains IP of Finolyst. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse without written permission. Deliverables prepared for you are licensed for your internal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, Finolyst does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or regulatory results. Our liability is limited to fees paid for that specific service in last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. No Auditor-Client Relationship
Finolyst is not a Chartered Accountant firm providing statutory audit attestation unless explicitly stated via partner CA firm. Our audit support is preparation of schedules only. Final audit opinion rests with your appointed statutory auditor.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. On termination, you pay for work done till date. Finolyst will handover data in standard format within 15 days and may retain non-personal data for internal record-keeping as permitted by law.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. All changes posted on this page with revision date. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by laws of India. Any disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
