Divya Goel
Co-founder & Director
Divya is a professional Chartered Accountant and has more than 12 years of experience in handling complex accounting assignments. She is detail-oriented, conscientious, and excellent at working with numbers.
Divya focuses on her clients everyday operations which help her in accurate accounting as well as providing financial analysis, insights and recommendations based on company performance. Her experience across different industries, in finance and accounting, helps her in understanding financial information needs of a business today.
Ankita Singhal
Co-founder & Director
Ankita is a graduate and has more than 10 years of experience in handling complex accounting assignments for European companies.
She has independently worked on a number of accounting assignments wherein she has been responsible for book keeping, files maintenance, maintenance of PPE records, finalization of books for audits while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Ankita is fluent in English, Spanish and French. She brings her accounting acumen and her ability to assist European companies without any language barrier.

Kunal Singhal
Kunal is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of experience in the field of corporate accounting, audits, taxes and financial management. He has worked in both big 4 consulting firm as well as worked as CFO in some of the large MNCs enabling him to analyze issues from client perspective. He is an expert in designing MIS and identifying cost reduction areas. He assists Finolyst in advising clients on various corporate finance and tax matters
Gaurav Goel
Gaurav is a Chartered Accountant with rich consulting experience with firms like Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Ernst & Young, LLP in international accounting and taxes. He has hands on experience in handling transfer pricing assignments for his domestic and international clients. He has also assisted clients in their corporate tax litigation. He assists Finolyst in advising clients on various domestic and international taxation matters such as inbound/ outbound structuring, analysis of intermediary jurisdictions, modes of investment, forms of presence, tax efficient structuring of transactions.
Manish Tyagi
Manish has over 18 years of rich experience advising International client’s on complex legal and Regulatory issues. He was was an integral part of M&A and Regulatory Practice of PwC, EY and Deloitte. Manish specializes in the matters related to Inbound and outbound business structuring, issues, foreign exchange regulations, legal due diligences, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory approvals and ED investigation matters.
Manish Narang
Manish is a Chartered Accountant with multiple years of experience in enhancing all financial procedures and internal controls, automated financial information systems and financial forecasts with coordinated budget projections, treasury management, funds management and planning. He has served as Financial Controller of reputed MNCs. He assists Finolyst clients in budgeting, planning exercise, AR, AP analysis, deferred and unbilled revenue approach, monitoring the areas of improvement, automation and providing the analytical support to the businesses.
